I am pleased to be writing this letter of recommendation for Philip LaMachio.
I was very fortunate to call the right person and be referred to Philip for repair of my previous[ly] repaired ceiling.
I was immediately impressed by his competence and professionalism.
Philip took his time to explain in detail why the prior repair did not work. He made sure I understood what needed to be done to ensure the repair would last.
Philip explained the need for anchoring the weak attachment of my ceiling plaster system to the ceiling joists, before patching the crack.
Phiip's attention [to] detail was instrumental in getting the repair paid for by my insurance company, less my deductible.
I was completely comfortable having Philip and his helper in my home, while I was at work. I was very pleased with the respect paid to my home and belongings, and the fact that he cleaned up each day before leaving. The repair was done in a timely fashion, and I am very pleased with the results.
